You can change facial features, skin color, body proportions, hair, and similar cosmetic attributes. The creature's size category, weight, and physical capabilities remain unchanged. The disguise is physically real (not an illusion) and holds up to close examination and touch.
- DC +2: you can alter the creature's voice as well.
- DC +4: you can change the creature's apparent size by one category (though this is partially illusory—actual mass doesn't change).
- DC +4: the transformation is sustained (1 hour) instead of requiring concentration.
