At-will, standard action, concentration DC 11+; you create a mote of light that emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet. The mote either hovers near you, near the business end of a casting implement, or near a chosen targeted object.
Notes for development:
- DC modifiers for light intensity, sustenance, etc (or not, because of Adjectivae?)
- Should object-based light spells be sustained? This doesn't cost any energy so it can't be, as things stand now
