At-will, standard action, touch, DC 13+; you touch a lock and it unlocks with a satisfying click. The lock must be a mechanical device (tumbler, padlock, deadbolt, combination lock); this spell does not affect magical seals. The DC is 13 for simple locks, with modifiers for complexity:
