At-will, standard action, DC 11+; you conjure clean, fresh water from thin air (condensed from ambient moisture). At DC 11, you produce up to 1 gallon. The water appears in an open container you designate, or pools on the ground at a point within 10 feet.
- DC +2: increase the volume tenfold (stackable). At DC 13, 10 gallons; at DC 15, 100 gallons; etc.
- DC +4: you can conjure the water at range (up to 60 feet), including inside a container you can see.
- In extremely arid environments (desert, vacuum), add +2 to the DC, as there is less ambient moisture to draw from.
