At-will, standard action, concentration, DC 13+; you seize control of a body of existing water (up to a 5-foot cube) within 60 feet and direct its flow. You can raise water, move it horizontally, shape it into simple forms, or redirect a stream. The water moves at up to 30 feet per round under your direction.
- DC +2: increase the volume to a 10-foot cube (stackable doublings).
- DC +4: you can control the water with enough force to knock creatures prone (Strength save) or extinguish fires. A jet of directed water deals light bludgeoning damage.
- This spell works on any liquid that is primarily water (sea water, swamp water, dilute potions, etc), but not oil, acid, or molten metal.
