At-will, standard action, DC 23+; you conjure a catastrophic volume of water—a flash flood erupts from a point within 300 feet. The deluge fills an area up to 100 feet wide and 300 feet long to a depth of 10 feet in a single round. Every creature in the area must make a Strength saving throw or take heavy bludgeoning damage and be swept 60 feet in the direction of the flow. Structures take massive structural damage. The water is real and permanent—it flows naturally after the initial surge and must drain or be removed.
- DC +4: the flood depth increases to 20 feet.
- DC +4: the water carries debris (rocks, timbers, etc) that deal additional medium damage to creatures that fail the save.
- This spell can fill a dry moat, flood a subterranean complex, or wash away a camp. The aftermath is a real environmental hazard.
