At-will, std, ranged, concentration; you command a tool (or kit of related tools, such as a full blacksmith's kit or woodworking shop) for the construction or repair of objects to animate as you desire. If used to create or repair, it works with your level of skill, at the same rate as you would normally work. If you are also working on the object, you do not need to concentrate.

At rank 2, you accelerate the process, allowing the animated tools to work at 5x normal speed, and they can work unattended as long as you remain in range.

At rank 3, you can directly assemble raw materials into finished products, bypassing the need for intermediate steps or tools. Metal welds itself, wood cuts itself, etc. Once per short rest, you can create or repair a workpiece in one action, as if you'd spent a full workday on it.

At rank 4, you can deconstruct objects or constructs into their raw materials, or reconfigure them into different forms, as long as the total mass remains the same. Once per short rest, you can unmake an object or objects in one action, equivalent to the amount of work you could do in a full workday; alternatively, you can reconfigure an object or objects in one action, with a complexity level commensurate with a full workday's effort. (A workday's effort for deconstruction doesn't mean "what you could deconstruct in a day", but rather you can deconstruct an object of complexity and size you could normally create in a day.)
